Can ReyDim equip a digital skills training programme?
Yes. We can quote learner and facilitator devices together with headsets, accessories, Wi-Fi equipment, backup power and preparation. Tell us your course applications, user numbers, start date, delivery location and whether you want to buy, rent or discuss a combination. Request a programme quote.
Are software licences included with the equipment?
Software licences are included only when listed in your quotation or rental agreement. Share your required operating system, course software and existing licences so we can confirm any preparation and licensing needed. Only appropriately licensed software is installed.
What support is available if a rental laptop develops a fault?
Contact ReyDim with the device details and fault. Warranty, replacement arrangements and any spare units for larger orders are defined in your rental agreement. Your proposal confirms the applicable replacement timing, coverage and support scope for the devices selected.
Can I buy just one laptop or order for a whole team?
Yes. ReyDim handles individual requirements and can prepare proposals for teams, training programmes and office setups. Share the quantity and workload so we can match suitable options.
Are the laptops offered for purchase brand new?
The computing sales range is for brand new equipment. Your quote confirms the exact model, configuration and warranty. Replacement parts and repairs are assessed separately against the device involved.
What is the minimum laptop rental?
Rental enquiries start from one laptop and contract terms from three months. Ask about three-, six- or twelve-month requirements. Pricing, approval, device availability and the applicable rental agreement are confirmed in the proposal.
What should I send for a laptop quote?
Include the quantity, applications, preferred screen size, memory and storage needs, budget and delivery location. If you already have a device in mind, share the model or specification. For rentals, include the required duration.
Can ReyDim prepare devices or install equipment?
Device preparation, software loading, Wi-Fi setup and CCTV installation can be discussed. Only appropriately licensed software is installed. We confirm the preparation, labour and support included in your quotation or rental agreement.
How do you choose the right UPS?
We need the equipment to be powered, its wattage and the backup time you want. Mini DC UPS units and larger AC UPS solutions serve different loads. Voltage, connectors, output limits and runtime must be checked before selecting a model.
Can I request a product that is not shown here?
Yes. Send the model, specification or part number. The website shows representative ranges rather than every distributor item. ReyDim will check suitable sourcing options and current availability before quoting.
What about delivery, warranty and company documentation?
Your quote confirms delivery arrangements, lead time and warranty for the selected products. ReyDim is a registered South African company and B-BBEE Level 1 business. Request relevant company and procurement documentation for your supplier checks.
